My special needs daughter Sarah rides the 16" model and just loves it. We tried to get her to ride bicycles. She can but simply won't use the brakes. This scooter is perfect for her since she can only go as fast as her little legs will take her. So we don't have to worry about her going to fast on this and getting out of control. And she knows now to get off of it if she starts going down hill.

I must also say the service from Hoffman-house is the best. We were missing a couple of parts when the scooter arrived and I sent an e-mail and got an immediate response. They sent e-mail asking if we had any of the other parts missing. And then they sent me the replacement parts ASAP. This scooter is very well made. It will easily last a lifetime. But if it doesn't we'll certainly be buying again from Hoffman-house. Thanks for making such a great scooter and making such a positive difference in Sarah's life!
